Nice place to stay. New-fashioned and neat units with ashtray and a fridge. Unbeatable central location and very amiable and caring staff.

The accommodation was conveniently located within a lovely garden and our room was fantastic.

certainly a very comfortable experience for vacation in paihia. the rooms with the kitchen, a tv plus ashtray. paid us$ 155. location very close to the bay of islands regions attractions. also, right on the river.

Possibly the best and very nice stay for road trip. Really helpful staff with good manners. Clean pool, parking onsite. Beautiful, magnificent location next to the beach. And so close to other places to travel further like up to Cape Reinga and a nice and quiet park.

This place has an amazing location near the Bay of Islands area and is a peaceful park just 2 km from St Paul's Church.

The views were relaxing. the staff were accommodating and pleasant, gave us great tips. Overall it was great value. the hotel location was good, very close to nature.

This holiday park is located in a stunning area near Paihia, Waitangi, Kerikeri, and the Bay of Islands. the rooms are a good size and affordable. Each room is equipped with an electric kettle, microwave oven, and central heating.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a peaceful area, close to Paihia center. So close to Paihia and park for kids. - the location of this property was exceptionally nice. - the staff was hospitable, affable, and responded promptly to requests.

We had a fantastic time at the holiday park. As a big group of 30 people, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the well, organized facilities and ample recreation options on, site made our experience even better. the spread, out site and peaceful surroundings were a delight. the studio flat I rented was modern, clean, and attractive. the comfortable bed, lovely grounds, and great Wi, Fi connection added to the overall comfort and ease of our stay. We also appreciated the kindness of the staff, who allowed a late check, in and even accommodated my Labrador puppy in the cabin. it was a cheap and great experience. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😊.

Enjoyed exploring the beautiful Bay of Islands. The campsite had a nice setting with a river, pool, and recreational facilities. Linen provided, although minimal. Spacious campsite with options. Could paddle upstream to a tarzan swing and waterfalls. Great for exploring the Far North.

So glad I didn't have to stay longer!

The beds were comfortable and the playground was enjoyable. The location was convenient and close to all the tourist spots we wanted to visit. the staff were friendly and accommodating which made our stay pleasant.

the room was poorly ventilated and had a moldy smell. the kitchen was not well-stocked with basic utensils and the fridge shelves were missing causing our food to go moldy.

We had a great stay at this hotel near Bay of Islands. The hotel facilities were excellent with a nice pool perfect for swimming, along with a tidy BBQ area where we could enjoy our meals. The staff were amazing, friendly and fun, making our holiday extra special. We liked the location of this hotel as it was situated right next to a river with a black swan family, offering us fantastic views. Additionally, our cabin had a cupboard in the kitchen, full of cutlery, and a fridge that gave us the option to choose from for our comfort.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
